If you are using Windows - just hold the Ctrl key and press the
Print Scrn key. This will place a copy of any image on the screen to the
clipboard area. Simply open your favorite word processor or publishing program and
paste a copy of the screen shot. Email it, print it, send it to your IT
person if you have error messages, etc.
